Over the years, we have asked Debby and her husband Matt to be our agents on many occasions. Debby has incredible knowledge, tremendous energy and is totally honest. We trusted her opinion at all stages of the sale and auction. On this occasion, by hard work and the ability to get buyers enthusiastic, at the auction she had not one, not two, but quite a large number of bidders for our property - even a telephone bidder being handled by her husband Matt. During the auction she was constantly on the move talking to possible bidders to the extent that a very satisfactory result was obtained despite the poor market.

Debby is are great communicator there were weekly updates and was great at letting us know regarding appointments and when the open homes and visits were finished. We went with them because Debby as she has a vast knowledge of the area and we trusted their advice regarding best way to sell our home. She with Mathew have been selling house for quite awhile so they know what they are talking about and are a great team. When they comes to the appraisal Debby was spot on which we appreciate as from previous experience it has not been the case.
