In that Industry, his experience embraced the roles of Travel Agent, providing inflight services for Ansett, airline sales for the Government and latterly, managing a leading private training establishment offering training to the airline and tourism industry. All in all, a comprehensive background in an industry that prospers on quality customer service, which is so very much akin to the Real Estate Industry. David has bought and sold a number of properties himself so is familiar and sympathetic to the stresses of buying and selling. He is also adept at home renovating and offers an insight and ideas to his clients in respect of opportunities for enhancing the value of their personal home or investment property. In his first year in Real Estate alone, David exceeded $15 million in Residential Sales and has performed consistently well ever since. First agent out of 3 to respond to initial request. Positive about the features and saleability of the property. Communicating updates post open homes was very prompt. Highly professional to all facets of the sales process. Not pushy or aggressive in his suggestions. Achieved success in a difficult current market.

Top agent

David sold us this house a few years ago, so we had no qualms reconnecting for the sale. David kept us informed along the process . Buyer had challenges with releasing funds from overseas, resulting in ongoing delays. We had constant reassurance and communication ( after every open home) and honest assessments. David was quick to respond to any questions. He is so dapper and friendly. His experience is evident. Highly recommend.

A sharp operator who takes care of everything for you

I've both sold my house and bought a new one through David and can't recommend him highly enough. David is a great communicator so you always feel fully informed. David is great at advocating for you - whether you are buying or selling he tries to put your best interests first which is all you can really ask for. If you are looking to buy or sell in Wellington, David is your man.
