We knew from the outset that selling our family home wasn’t going to be easy. Following the passing of our parents, the time had come to make the tough decision to sell. After previous experiences with David and the team in equally emotional circumstances, the choice of agent was the easy part. The team approached everything with care, empathy, and transparency. We felt supported and listened to, no question was too small, communication was prompt and timelines were always met, the team is fast and efficient, marketing strategies were on point and really captured the essence of the house and our attachment to it. The result was fantastic, but just as importantly, the experience felt right and we know our parents would have been happy with how everything was handled and that there is a new family about to take over the reins of what has been wonderful family home with so many cherished memories. We couldn’t recommend David and the team more highly to anyone looking for an honest, steady hand in an industry where that’s not always easy to find.
