Property purchased under a Deadline Sale. Attended Open Home with David in attendance. Proceeded to make unconditional offer which did not meet vendors value for them to accept offer, offer to be carried over until Deadline Date. David kept us informed of the process. A another person interested in property placed an offer, which did reach the value vendors were prepared to accept. The other purchaser require answer within 8 hours rather than the 48 hours as advertised by Harcourts. We were fortunate to have been in a position to increase our initial offer to purchase the property. The Deadline Sale concept was difficult , we beleive on all parties. Due to there being two offers, the Deadline Sale then become a Tendor. David was able to assist us through this purchase process.
