David was amazing to purchase a property with. Being first home buyers we felt he was very accomodating of us figuring out the process and very flexible in allowing us to view the property multiple times while making our decision. He kept us in the loop with what was happening with great communication.

David was a pleasure to deal with during our recent Ohope purchase. Extremely knowledgable on the local market, took the time to understand our needs, easy to deal with and a good communicator. Would definetly use David again for any real estate dealings in Ohope.

David was straight up with us, was not at all pushy, when he had something to tell us he came to our house to explain in detail the offer, even though we live 14ks out of town. He did the same with the sale contract and pointed out all details. we would have no hesitation in recommending David

Very obliging and professional. Got back to us promptly when asking questions

David’s long experience with Ohope real estate is an asset. Coupled with his ability to keep the job straight forward and uncomplicated makes him a pleasure to deal with.

We picked David because he seemed prepared to go the extra distance to help make the sale of our Mum's house in everyone's absence. Indeed he did as he undertook to waterblast the house himself. He was sensitive to our sales target yet also informed us with the market conditions prevailing. He also met the usual expectations of feedback after open homes. We had two offers from different agents and David was the successful one, selling the house within the month. Our thanks to David for his help.

David is absolutely great to deal with, he simply knows the Ohope Beach market, I have brought and sold realestate in Ohope using David and would highly recommend him.

David knows Ohope well and how to market our property in todays market. Local knowledge and trends is important, which he has.

Property purchased under a Deadline Sale. Attended Open Home with David in attendance. Proceeded to make unconditional offer which did not meet vendors value for them to accept offer, offer to be carried over until Deadline Date. David kept us informed of the process. A another person interested in property placed an offer, which did reach the value vendors were prepared to accept. The other purchaser require answer within 8 hours rather than the 48 hours as advertised by Harcourts. We were fortunate to have been in a position to increase our initial offer to purchase the property. The Deadline Sale concept was difficult , we beleive on all parties. Due to there being two offers, the Deadline Sale then become a Tendor. David was able to assist us through this purchase process.

Extremely professional, really good communication. Very trustworthy, nothing was ever a problem. Just so easy to deal with

David came highly recommended and he did not disappoint. He was caring, supportive and quickly responsive throughout the purchasing process. David's depth of local knowledge was invaluable as were his excellent communication skills and genuine interest in finding a property that was best fit. A true professional.

David has a friendly, relaxed and informative style. Made the purchasing process easy. Would definitely use David in the future.
