David is the perfect communicator keeping you updated with any changes immediately… it’s always great to have such a professional with decades of market knowledge on side… he has a wonderful calm way with him, he’s straightforward, honest and makes what can be a stressful situation so easy to deal with… I can’t speak highly enough of him
