David was great to deal with, not pushy at all like some other Real Estate agents. He was very accomodating in letting us wander around the house at our own pace and meeting up at various times to check and recheck certain things before making a definite offer and keeping us informed along the way of things we needed to know. Even got the lawns done as promised. :-)

In September 23 David was entrusted with marketing the sale of our family property, on the basis of his profile in Ohope and sales success. Whilst this coincided with the property market slowing down, he always gave us the confidence that a sale would eventuate. Before Mum passed away She insisted to us that Trudi Mckinnon handled the sale of her unit. Trudi was a great friend of Mums but sadly was going through some family matters at the time and requested David handle the sale. I have known Dave for many years , from school and from growing up at Ohope, and knew he was an excellent salesman and candidate to sell Mums unit. On the first weekend that we were prepared to sell, we had misplaced the keys to the unit , so after ringing Dave, he was only too happy to come around and bring his set of keys, apologising for wearing old clothes because he had been working on his land.
