We approached David after another person had recently brough a house he had found, with in a coupld of days David had found the house that we had just settled on. The process was smooth and simple and David was able to ensure that any roadbump that we met was quickly sorted with out any fuss or bother. David was awesome to deal with, the advise he gave was excellent. He kept us in the loop as the process went on. He gave great reassurance during the probate period, which took about three weeks from the time we submitted the offer until probate came through and the trust and beneficiaries accepted the offer.
