David supplied us with sales in the area as a guide to pricing. He suggested the auction process as the market will dictate the price and this worked extremely well for us. David was very professional in his approach and also provided contacts for some small jobs which we had done. I have no hesitation in recommending David.

Our hopes of a good price were raised by David by going to Auction. Unfortunately it didn't sell. We sold for less than we thought we would get but David was working very hard behind the scenes to get a buyer. Which he did get and we accepted. He communicated with us constantly and I would recommend David as a real estate agent.
