David was extremely patient and helpful throughout the process. I am a first time buyer from overseas so didn’t have a great understanding of how everything worked but David explained everything to us very clearly and answered all of our questions in a caring and professional manner. Market knowledge is okay but David will tell you what is going to get him a sale. Communication is okay however he has sold 2 of my Partner’s. properties in the past and could not even offer his condolences to her about my Partner’s Husband who had passed away, we found this very rude. Talks way too much about himself and not sincere. Lacks professionalism in regards to sincerity especially when my Partner’s late Husband helped him with a stressful situation whilst he was very unwell.
