As a first home buyer, I had no experience with purchasing property - Dave consistently went out of his way to make sure I understood each part of the process, making the whole experience as smooth and as stress free as possible. 10/10 would highly recommend Dave to anyone!
I'm notoriously difficult to work with, door knockers will attest to this, Dave may have even come close. Though something about Dave allowed him to instantly build rapport with me and my family and while he was incredibly professional throughout our interactions, he quickly became someone that felt like an old friend. We'd tried selling our house previously with no luck (under a different Agency), we knew however this time would be different, we knew we were in good hands and that was demonstrated from the first interaction to the last. Most importantly, our house was sold and my family and I can now move on but if we had to do it all over again, there's no doubt in my mind that we'd choose Dave every time.
Dave did a fantastic job of guiding me through the process of selling my house, and was very available to chat whenever I had any questions. He definitely went above and beyond!
Dave is so very upfront and honest when dealing with him. Always positive and a wealth of knowledge about the market. Very friendly to work with - nothing was hidden during the process and the sale went through so very smoothly. Open homes were done and barely noticed by us - no disruptions at all. Definitely recommended.
So far all has been good working with Dave but we are not quite there yet. Settlement is in about 6 weeks and we have not yet had needed to ask for access to measure for curtains etc.
