I would recommend Daniel and Rosie sell your house. We had a great experience with these guys. We are living out of town at the time of going to market and Daniel and Rosie organised everything that need to be done to get the house ready for sale, from painting contractors to gardening people and then to the home staging companies. It was a very easy process. Once we were on the market there was always quick communication on open home numbers and levels of interest once the open home was finished. Easy people to deal with and highly recommended.

He made the process as simple and straight forward as possible and went above and beyond to ensure any questions and uncertainties were answered and gave us be the best advice ensuring our house sold within record time, he kept us in the loop every step of the way, I didn't need to follow up or chase him to know what was happening as he kept me updated more than enough which was superb! 10/10 would work with Daniel again for the sale of our home :) x

Daniel was great to deal with and we were all sorted in a few days from viewing the property. With the slow market I think it was a great idea to have a price listed and I would highly recommend that for other listings.
