Daniel indicated a generous and realistic price based on the market at the time, we had been listed with an other agent who said we would only get around $600,000 at best and who bought us no acceptable offers. Daniel said he would get us $800,000 plus and he did. Daniel went above and beyond as we lived out of Auckland, the house was Tenanted at the time, Daniel inspected the house when the tenants moved out for us and also meet trades people to help get the house ready for market, his knowledge of the market was bang on. Also Daniel suggested certain things to present the house for market in our area to help attain a quicker sale, this house had multiple offers all within an acceptable price range within one hour of the first open home.
