Dan was unresponsive for days prior to settlement - if he was as claimed in hospital he was still able to perform some duties yet decided to ignore calls from me and my lawyer or to assign a colleague to take over . Icing on the cake was being told there were no keys to hand over following settlement and the property was simply left unlocked!
