Dan had so much expertise and time for me. Even before we became serious buyers he spent time answering my questions about New Zealand house buying purchase process. He took the time to explain local area history, 1990s build stuff. During the sale process he was very honest, easy to talk to, and cheerful. My partner says “He was very good. Dan made everything so easy, he explained the whole process to me and answered any questions I had. He was only ever a call away. I felt safe. Dan is passionate and loves his job and understands the market. He knows what he is doing and I trusted him every step of the way. I would never consider working with anyone else in the future if I had property to sell. If you need to sell this is the man I would truly recommend.
