Very pleased with the way Dan managed the sale especially as after listing we were out of region and became focused on health issues. The market had changed but Dan persevered and we got a good sale. I bought a house with them a couple of years ago. Really appreciated their down to earth nature and how easy they made the process. 2 Years on it was selling time and given the past experience, their top rating and the fee structure I had no doubts working with them again. My partner and I worked mostly with Dan. In our first meeting he was very clear and thourough with all the important things for us to think about and attend to for our part in the process. In particular we appreciated his commentary on what the different scenarios would look like in terms of how we marketed the propety (BEO, Tender, Deadline sale, etc,.). It was not the best time to sell for us (mid 2022) and there were a few times we talked with Dan about how he thought things were going. He was very reassuring, not just in a 'yeah everything is fine' way, but more of a realistic, 'here's the situation... we're doing our bit... you're doing yours...' I would sumamrize his approach as 'have faith in the process.' We did that and finally the right buyer turned up. Yay!
