I've been very happy how Dan and his team handled the sale of my house. He was always available to explain when I needed clarification or had questions and promptly returned my calls when messages were left. I especially appreciate Dan's reassurances and professionalism when the first offer fell through due to the buyer being a first time buyer and unable to get the finance needed when criteria for mortgages changed. Great service, we had already moved out of the district left the house keys with them and they did it all. They just contacted us by phone what we had to do when needed.1 less thing to worry about when moving. They made that part of the move so easy peasy.Would recommend Dan and Matt when selling your house. Great guys easy to talk too, very understanding would use them again.
