We had a long and complex negotiation process to get this property! Craig persevered and ensured we reached an agreement where all parties were happy. He is professional and dedicated and we would recommend him and Shelza Sharma to anyone looking to engage an agent. Thanks Craig for all your hard work!
We fell in love with our dream home and it seemed out of reached. Craig helped us to believe it was possible and inspired us to try. We now live in the paradise we would have dismissed. He understood what we were looking for and reached out proactively to get us to take a look. Appreciate your support Craig.
Craig was part of the team that sold our house. He was a great help and kept us up to date with all the feedback on the house. Happily recommend!
Very reliable and always followed through with information etc
He went out of his way when we had a deadline to ensure that a sale would happen . Price was not what we wanted but in the market conditions we were satisfied . Due to the effort and approachability we have recommended him to other possible clients.
Excellent and very friendly Thank you, Craig, and Shelza for all your hard work and patience with us and for all the hurdles for getting this property on the market. We are very impressed with how this property got sold in a short span of 3 weeks. You guys have put extra effort into knocking on doors in the area to market our property. From the beginning to the end of this campaign, you have always updated us with feedback from people who have been showing interest. For this, you guys are to be commended. I also love how Craig have given us a realistic sample of recent property sold in the area, so we won’t get falls hope as the house market pricing is different from same time this year to last year.
We had Craig as our real esate agent when selling our property in Clevedon, at what turned out to be a difficult time in the market. Craig worked tirelessly to market our property both in Clevedon & the wider area. Always pleasant and polite and very prompt with any feedback from would be buyers. In conclusion Craig achieved a very good contract for us with all parties happy. We would have no hesitation in recommending Craig to handle the sale of your property margaret & Peter & Margaret Jackson
Through out the selling process Craig kept us totally informed how the market was moving with great advice. Craig displayed a great work ethic with the Vendors best interests at all times.
Craig was fantastic from the very first viewing of the open home. He answered all our questions or got the answers that he didnt have. Nothing was too difficult. Once we decided to attempt to purchase he got all documents to us and helped with it all. He contacted me daily with updates and bent over backwards to make sure everything was ready to go. We did a pre auction offer, he liased with the vendors and was there on the day of the auction. He is still keeping me updated. I have to say he made the experience an easy and pleasant one considering buying a house can have its stresses. We couldnt be happier with his service hes even become someone I quite like to have a chat too. Incredibly easy to talk too and always answers his phone. Thank you so much Craig!
We chose Craig and Pete for their honesty, openness and obvious experience. There was no hard sell and saying just what we wanted to hear .Their professional performance was reassuring during what can be a stressful time.we always felt they were working in our best interest..we are sure the excellent result we achieved was due to their hard work and we thank them for that.Great job done by great people
