Craig did an excellent job handling the negotiations back and forth with the buyer for us

Craig was also very knowledgeable and confident which put us at ease as a seller, and also very helpful and patient with our unique situation where we had a few speed bumps waiting for documents to clear, and was always available and letting us know every step to what was happening either by phone calls and emails and what's app. we found Craig to be very professional and always there to reassure us every step on the journey, we were very happy with the outcome of the sale of the house .

Professional and very diligent.

Craig exceeded all our expectations with regular updates on the current market value of houses in the area. Excellent communication via either phone calls, text or whatsapp, whatever worked for us. It was great to work with Craig as he made us feel comfortable through the whole process.

Craig is Orere Point's best local agent.

Craig is a hard worker, who has gained a lot of local information, by knocking on most Orere doors. Craig is quite willing to get in the car to see people in Orere, which can take extra time and mileage. Soon after launch day Craig came with the first offer. After two weeks and more offers we accepted an unconditional offer. Thanks Craig and Shelza, well done! He managed to get me an offer before our bach went on the market, and the place sold in the second week of viewing. Thanks, Craig and Shelza, much appreciated.

Excellent

Craig was the first one to make contact with me about our house. Craig was so friendly and funny updating me by text what was sold around our area. Craig was never pushy or pressured me into selling our house he understood our situation and was very caring. I remember Craig saying “it’s all about timing Fale and he was right. That’s why we wanted him to sell our house when it was time. Craig made it fun but professional too. One of the things we loved about Craig was his honesty and integrity when we asked for his opinion he would give it to us straight and we appreciated him for that.We found Craig very professional and has a lot of knowledge of the market and experience he knows a lot about South Auckland so we felt we were well informed . He always made us feel important checking in with us always made himself available. Communication was a key factor with Craig he would follow up on stuff we needed to know about explained things so clear and simple to understand. We loved the way he and Shelza worked together as a tag team through our open homes and looking at houses He always looked smart professional and engaged he never looked stressed or tired which gave us peace through out our journey. Craig has exceeded our expectations through this journey not only selling our house but looking for a new one too. We know that the reason we sold our house so fast and are under contract with a new one is because of Craig and his hard work!! Don't Hesitate- Go With Craig!

We dealt with many real estate agents in our pursuit of buying a new home and selling ours. Most of the agents were as nice as pie when you asked about a property they were selling. None were interested in helping us find another one. Craig and Shelza were different. They really put in the legwork to look for other properties in our price range. They know the market really well and were very professional in their approach. They were the natural choice when it came to selling our house. Their communication is excellent and extremely prompt. They were on touch regularly to let us know about any interest and tailor the marketing campaign. They reported faithfully every week about how it all was progressing. We were never left waiting to hear back from them.

Mixed experience

The agents were friendly enough and maintained communication throughout the process, which I appreciated. They are pleasant people and in general I didn’t have issues with my interactions with them. However, there were a few frustrations that left me feeling underwhelmed. When trying to sign me as a vendor, they were more than happy to come to my place after hours and work around my schedule. But once I’d signed on, that flexibility seemed to go away. I was asked to do things like signing auction documents in person at their office, which felt like a clear shift in priority. The listing description for the house read like it was generated by ChatGPT — generic and impersonal. It didn’t really capture the unique features of the property, so I rewrote it myself. There was also a lot of vague talk and hedging when it came to market insight. I was told things like, “houses like this could often get 10–20 viewings on a weekend,” but also “no guarantees.” It felt like they wanted to sound confident without committing to anything meaningful. I felt pressured into choosing auction as the sales method, even though it didn’t suit the current market. The agency was running a big auction day, with 20 properties listed — presumably after giving the same pitch to all those vendors. Less than half sold. The auctioneer came across as pushy, trying to get me to drop my reserve just to sell it to the sole bidder. Ultimately, it didn’t sell at auction — it sold later through negotiation, which I’d suggested would be the better option from the beginning. I’m not saying the agents didn’t contribute to the sale in some way, but it’s hard to justify over $27,000 in commission and marketing fees. You could probably handle it yourself, offer the property at a lower price to attract buyers, and still come out ahead financially. Also, when the sold sign was put on my house, I was randomly asked to shoot a video promoting the service - I felt uncomfortable but did it anyway.
