Cannot fault Colin on this one. He obviously has up to date knowledge of the real estate process and good working knowledge of the local market conditions. In particular his communication skills were impressive, and I felt informed of what going on at all times...conversations were concise and informative. He has a relaxed and reassuring manner which can be what is needed in tricky situations....it seems that nothing is too much trouble for him. He was happy to give his opinion when asked giving good guidance to my decision making. All in all, Colin is highly recommended.
