Claire really understood what we wanted from our house search and went out of her way to find us our home. Her local knowledge was excellent, her communication was always speedy, and she gave full and accurate answers to our (many) questions. She went above and beyond to sort out some challenges along the way! We found Claire super efficient, friendly and would happily go to her as sellers or as buyers.
Recently we decided to sell our Motueka property and randomly selected Claire from Harcourts to do the job for us. Now that the house is sold in what is a very difficult market we can only reflect on what a great decision we made to entrust Claire to help us achieve a good result. Her impressive knowledge of the market, fantastic communication and consummate professionalism ,together with a huge amount of empathy for a 92 year old vendor made the whole process a pleasure to be involved in. thank you so much.
Claire has been amazing to work with when it's come to selling my beloved home. She took the time to understand what's important to me at this big transition time, and she kept my priorities in mind with all decisions and at all stages of the process. While she has been kind, understanding and gentle, she's also given me great advice and has steered me in the right direction when I've needed it, without ever being pushy or overbearing. I can highly recommend Claire as a real estate agent.
I found Claire professional, friendly and very easy to work with,,she kept me informed and up to date ,,highly recommend Claire 100%
Even though Claire was selling me a house , I found her to be very helpful , with what ever I asked her, I really did appreciate her willingness , and empathy ( when I was concerned) , and would recommend her to sell anyones home for them. She is a kind caring lady. Margaret Palmer
I really don’t like it when someone tries to ‘sell’ me something, so I really appreciated that Claire wasn’t pushy. She answered all our questions, she didn’t try and fake the answers, if she didn’t know then and there she’d come back to us. Felt like she was working for seller but also was really trying to help me as a buyer. Would use again.
Would absolutely recommend Great communication and response highly recommend
From the moment I contacted Claire she returned all my calls and was very informative with all the questions I asked. No matter the time of the day Claire was available to chat. Very helpful and made the purchase of my new property more enjoyable.
Thank you for your splendid service - it was most enjoyable and satisfactory having you as my agent and I was pleased with all the service Harcourts provided.
