From our first contact to completing the sale of our home, Claire was everything we had hoped a real estate agent would be and more. She could not have communicated better and went above and beyond to ensure that the sale process was as straightforward and stress-free as possible. Claire even looked after the house plants while we were away. We have moved several times previously and so have some experience of other agents and Claire was outstanding. Her objective house appraisal was spot-on and her recommendation of sale by tender proved to be exactly the right decision with multiple offers submitted at close of tender. We would most certainly recommend Claire if you are looking to sell your property.

Claire understands the local market which is a fabulous skill in being able to reassure clients a sale will come, you just have to be patient. She listens attentively and provides appropriate feedback and reassurance as and when necessary. She is an absolute realist and will go the extra mile for her client.

We had such a fantastic experience with Claire, who helped us both sell our home and buy our next one. From start to finish, she was down to earth, bubbly, enthusiastic and completely genuine. She made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth, comfortable and even enjoyable. She was always approachable, kept us informed, listened to what we wanted and made sure we felt supported every step of the way. It was clear that she genuinely cared about achieving the best outcome for us, both when selling and buying. We couldn’t have asked for a better person to guide us through such an important transition. We would happily recommend Claire Stilwell to anyone looking for a friendly, professional and truly wonderful real estate agent. Five stars!

She genuinely cared and we can’t thank her enough for all her effort, resulting in multiple offers and a quick sale. Golden Bay is lucky to have her !

Kept in touch. Willing to help with some tasks, to keep things rolling.

Clarie was amazing to work with. She was so helpful in every way, answering all our questions promptly, and very professional. Claire was supportive and she made us feel confident throughout the entire process. We could not have wished for a better land agent. Thank you Claire.

Claire has a good understanding of the local market and her communication was excellent. We highly recommend Claire if you are thinking about listing or want some advise on selling in Golden Bay.

Claire is the consumate professional. In all my real estate dealings I have never before felt my property to be in such capable hands. Although she is a busy agent, well in advance of making the actual decision to go to market, she made herself available for discussions at times that worked for me. We spent many hours talking, with me asking numerous questions about market conditions, methods of sale, marketing options, etc. She understood my circumstances and was engaged and quietly worked through the process with me. She answered my many questions while I ummed and aahed about timing and at no point made me feel rushed into action. Once on the market, I was kept well informed at all times and everything was explained to me in very clear terms. Claire was very patient and empathetic in what was, at times, quite a big and an emotional process. She went above and beyond in regards to all of the things that she took care of on my behalf, right down sweeping paths in advance of open homes. Claire is extremely professional in her manner and all her dealings. She is honest, knowledgeable and acted at all times with integrity. The outcome was fantastic, at the close of tender Claire presented 5 offers and I was very, very pleased with the end result. She really is remarkably good at what she does. Her manner is very relaxed in dealing with such complex matters, she is also super relatable and easy to communicate with. I would recommend her unreservedly to anyone. On top of all that I have written, she is a fantastic human and a delight to know. If you are considering selling, don't hesitate to call Claire. I am very thankful that I did.

I had a fantastic experience working with Claire as my real estate agent. She was helpful throughout the entire process and always quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. Her professionalism and friendly approach made everything go smoothly and stress-free. As a first home buyer I truly appreciated her guidance and expertise, all whilst taking me seriously and I highly recommend Claire to anyone looking for a reliable and dedicated real estate agent.

Claire looked after my sale with care, precision and professionalism. She was prompt with feedback and communication at every turn. Her advice was spot on and despite the slow winter market she finally found my buyer and conducted a great negotiation. I felt I was in very capable and positive hands throughout the process. Claire is one of those agents that stands out and goes the extra mile. Thank you so much for your care and professionalism.

We were honored to go through the entire home buying process with Claire as our real estate agent. We had a very good feeling in her proximity due to her calm but professional approach. Claire's communications were very helpful and prompt and she was easy going throughout the process. Claire is very friendly and she was always there to help when we needed it. She made things very easy to understand, especially when English is not our first language. I would definitely recommend Claire to anyone selling or buying their home.

We met Claire during an open house and then contacted her when we saw our house come on the market. She has been so helpful in guiding us through this process of purchasing a home, a calm and steady friend in the crazy world of real estate sales. Super generous with her time and always there at the end of the line when we have questions. Thanks, Claire!
