Clare gave us good advice in preparing our house for sale and negotiating us through the sale process. Her experience and friendly helpful manner made it easier.
Claire has been wonderful to work with through the process of us looking to buy a house. She is very professional, well organised, and very patient. Claire knows the real estate industry extremely well. We were hugely impressed with her ability to find houses that were compatible with what we were looking for. We really like how she steps back when showing us a house so as not to crowd us or put pressure on us. Claire made the experience of buying a house as stress free and enjoyable as it could be! Thank you Claire.
Couldn't be happier. Claire went above and beyond making private viewings possible and patiently waiting for me and answering all questions. Great communicator which was very refreshing as a first time home buyer.
Claire Stilwell, we found was easy to work with for selling our house. Claire got a lot of people coming through our house when the market was at the time low for selling our house. So in our point of view we recommend her to any body who wants to put there house on the market.

We found Claire's approach to be very professional. Always pleasant and approachable, with a good relaxed style. It was a pleasure to do business with her. Following confirmation of acceptance of the purchase price, Claire was very helpful and supportive, even to the extent of personally removing rubbish left by the vendor.
Claire made herself available at short notice and followed up as she said she would.
