Great service, excellent communication

I engaged Chris to sell my 14ha property in Tawa. With this sale Chris had to speak with myself and ex partner who was in another country. He did this very well having to try and get agreement on things from two different people. The property had rolling hills and the best view was from the higher level of land along with being a farm had hazards associated with it. Chris excelled at dealing with and exposing to potential buyers these hazards along with arranging viewing times to walk with them to the higher level land he did this several times a couple being on very hot days as property was in a sheltered valley. Chris along with his team at Lowe and Co provided excellent service and communication with the sale. I received weekly updates on all interest in property and the Zoom calls with other vendor overseas. Nothing was a problem and if any problem it was dealt with and communicated with me.
