A smooth, pleasant experience

I had a smooth, pleasant experience dealing with Chris when purchasing that elusive home I had been looking for. Chris is knowledgeable, easy to talk to and very responsive. He also cares about his customers - even after the sale when the transaction has been completed. When I moved in I realized the vendor had mistakenly left his old fridge at the property. I had ordered a new fridge which was to be delivered  the next day so I had to get rid of the old one. I called Chris and he immediately made a plan. He assured me that if the vendor couldn't remove the fridge in time, he would come do it himself! Two hours later the fridge was gone.
