Chris and Tracey had integrity, did what they said they would do, when they said they'd do it. They arrived prepared to our first meeting having already done their research. They were easy to connect with on a very human level, answered all questions thoroughly and were a wonderful calming presence. They were very professional and made a stressful process much easier than anticipated. Chris and Tracey have a wonderful dynamic with their knowledge of the industry and an affinity for listening to and understanding what it is that is important to you as a seller. While I can’t comment on this for buying through them I imagine they would offer the same to all potential buyers, creating a warm and welcoming space for all.
