Chris and Ivan (Lower Hutt branch) came on board with us after my husband had a serious accident. We knew we needed to sell our home and move closer to family and buy a house with a smaller section. Chris came along with his upbeat nature and was very positive and communicative. Our house sold within two weeks and for a great price. The experience was made so much easier due to his great personality and the friendliness of everyone we dealt with from Chris and Ivan through to photographer and Chris's PA. I would recommend both Chris and Ivan to anyone wishing to sell their home.

So easy to work with, nothing was a problem. Provided good advice throughout the process.

Chris was very professional yet easy to work with and made the whole experience very enjoyable. Not to mention he also got us a top price for the property! Highly recommend!!
