Chris is a right up front salesman. He is honest and trustworthy. I know Chris went the extra mile for us in every way. We found his professionalism, communication skills and the marketing campaign he created for us, outstanding. If you are looking for a top real estate agent to market your property, we would recommend Chris without any hesitation.

The great thing about Chris was his relaxed but professional approach. He listened to our requirements and didn't push us to do anything we were not comfortable with. He knew the market extremely well and was able to answer every question we had for him. And the final thing was he gave us his undivided attention when we were with him.

Chris has a good knowledge of the market in his area, along with his professionalism, this made for a quick and easy sale

Wanting to sell our property in the New Year, we called a few Wellington real estate agents. It was Chris' energy and enthusiasm to get things moving quickly that prompted us to meet. I liked that he took the time to explain the best marketing plan for our property and was happy with his flexible attitude to the commission rate so we signed up. He made sure the house looked its best for the open home by arranging professional services, such as painting and gardening. And on the first open home, around 30 groups came through the property, and within the week Chris presented us with two exceptional cash offers. Chris made selling our house a smooth experience and he updated us every step of the way. He comes highly recommended.

Chris always kept me informed on the feedback and outcome from the open homes, and gave me his professional opinons without too pushy. He is reasonable and passionate to his job even I have never meet him in person, but I have no hesitation to recommend him to my friends' circle for his good service. Thank you Chris. Hope 2021 will be another good year for you. Best regards, Jean

Chris helped us buy our new house and sell the one we owned so we've seen both sides of his work. We appreciated Chris's cheerful, pragmatic and supportive style. He always responded to queries and followed up to ensure we got the information or assistance we needed. Chris pays for an administrative assistant and that means documentation and other requirements are handled smoothly. Chris did go the extra mile for us and seems to genuinely enjoy his work and is very knowledgeable about the property sector. Nothing is a trouble to him and he always has a smile for you.
