Chris supplied a great marketing approach with minimal disruption bringing all prospective buyers together to view the property at once,this also encouraged competition.This resulted in a sale on the first days viewing and at a price at the top of the scale. I found Chris very professional and easy to deal with in relation to the property sale.

Chris sold my property in very little time for a very good price. He was absolutely brilliant. I thought this other support services were excellent and the photographer was outstanding. I would recommend him as a 'top real estate agent' and a lot of that is due to his methodology and approach.
