Cherry is the only agent I use. I have bought and sold with Cherry and she is so professional and knowledgeable. She is calm, engaging and attentive and so reliable and focused. Her honesty, attention to detail, great communication together with her being 100 percent present and available - makes the whole process whether selling or buying-actually easy and enjoyable!
From the outset, Cherry has been honest and efficient. Her market knowledge is second-to-none, especially in the North/West region; we were blown away. Cherry was always realistic with us and didn't try to lure us in with false promises. Her sales strategy was spot on and she managed to work around our tight deadlines and needs. Her communication was faultless and everything was carried out in a timely, efficient manner. We highly recommend Cherry and will continue to list with her for any future sales.
I had the pleasure of dealing with Cherry when I recently purchasing my new home. I felt she had my best interests at heart and followed up with all my questions and concerns straight away. She had a really good knowledge of the area and had contacts for anything I needed. She was lovely and friendly to deal with and professional throughout. Nothing was too much trouble and there was never any pressure but alot of support. Highly recommend.
We were thankful for Cherry's thorough and fast communication, from initial viewing through to settlement day and well beyond. She was friendly and positive, open, honest, and quick to contact the vendor to answer any queries if she did not already have the answer. We also appreciated her accurate price feedback, rather than over promising as we've had before. Highly recommend Cherry, for both buying and selling too (see our previous review for that), like we just did at the same time.
Cherry is an excellent agent. She is very organized and efficient. She will provide all necessary information timely. I am happy with the service she provided. Thank you:)
I want to express my appreciation for Cherry who guided me through the process of purchasing a property. Cherry is highly professional, friendly, and possesses am impressive knowledge of the local property market. I am grateful for Cherry’s invaluable assistance and wholeheartedly recommend her
Cherry listened to me, she was very thorough, worked hard and achieved the outcome I wanted.
Cherry gave us confidence about the value of our house through well researched data and statistics. Her knowledge of Hobsonville Point was important as was her passion for the location. She gave us excellent advice on what we needed to do to present our home to maximise its saleability and end value. We did what we were told !!! Cherry's feedback to us during the sale process was superb and given her involvement in the location she had important knowledge of the potential buyers that were visiting our open homes. She concluded a timely sale in a most professional manner and went beyond her agency responsibilities to assist us through to settlement given we had a tenant in place and were out of town vendors. My wife and I have not hesitated in giving Cherry a 5 star review, she was most professional and a lovely person. We would use again in a flash and would recommend her highly to anybody selling their home in Cherry's patch.
Cherry has been a delight to work with. She's extremely knowledgeable about the local area / market and has a professional but personable approach.
Fantastic agent and we would highly recommend Cherry to anyone thinking of selling their property
