Cherry was excellent to work with throughout the sale of our property at 7 Hendrika Court. From the outset, she was professional, responsive and very easy to communicate with, keeping us well informed throughout the campaign and providing clear, practical advice when decisions needed to be made. I particularly appreciated Cherry’s knowledge of the local market and her considered approach to the sale. She was always available when required, communicated feedback clearly and gave us confidence that the campaign was being managed properly from start to finish. When it came to negotiating the sale, Cherry handled the process professionally and calmly, working through the details with us and ultimately helping achieve a good result in the market. Having experience in real estate myself, I have a strong appreciation for the work that goes on behind the scenes in a successful campaign, and I found Cherry professional, genuine and committed throughout. I would have no hesitation recommending her to anyone considering selling in the Northwest Auckland market.

Cherry knows her market and uses that knowledge to facilitate timely, satisfying sales. She is also tremendously patient with people like me with very limited knowledge of the selling sequence. This patience coupled with a Cherry's calm, relaxed demeanour sprinkled with her wicked sense of humour made for a surprisingly short and enjoyable selling experience. I could not have wished for a better agent.

Cherry was fantastic to work with. She was friendly, professional, and always easy to communicate with. Being a local herself, she has a great understanding of the area and the market, which gave me confidence. She kept me informed and achieved a result I was happy with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.

We found Cherry to be professional and knowledgeable in her practise….however we were particularly impressed with her gentle and supportive approach to our sale. We never once felt pressured, yet her market knowledge was very important to us. A sale well done, in a difficult market!

Cherry was fantastic to deal with throughout the entire process. Her professionalism, communication, and attention to detail helped us achieve a rapid sale above our price expectations, despite a challenging market. We would highly recommend Cherry to anyone looking to sell their property.

The amazing thing about Cherry is that you never feel the tiniest bit of pressure from her. For me, selling my home was an emotional experience and I would have struggled with someone that didn’t understand that.
