We had gone to view a property and though we liked it there was an offer on it plus a backup offer. Cherry suggested we look at a property which was not on the market yet but was potentially going to be. It was bigger than we wanted (4 bedrooms) as we were supposed to be downsizing but still in the same style which appealed. We bought the property off market and Cherry was very supportive and knowledgeable on the process.
