We first met Chase at an Open Home viewing when deciding whether to put our home up for sale. Left our contact details and continued to attend open home viewings. Several weeks later received an email from Chase asking if we had made a decision as the market was starting to improve. Advised that it might be a good time to consider selling and suggested for us to have a free home appraisal. So, we had 2 appraisals done by 2 different Agents who had kept in touch. We made the decision to go with Chase and Mike from Lodge City. Within 25 days we had signed up, confirmed our marketing plan, had photos taken and had our home ready to go on the market. After 2 Open Home viewings we had 3 offers on the table (1 which we eventually chose to accept). 2 further Open Homes were held and 3 more offers were made. After each viewing we received a follow-up phone call from Chase. Once we decided on a deal Chase continued to keep us informed. We are pleased to advise that after 21 days on the market we have signed and accepted an offer for our home.
