I sold my house while living overseas and Chase made the whole process far easier than I thought it was going to be. He was communitive and helpful through the entire process providing good market insight and was knowledgeable about the area my house was in, this was backed up by the fast turn around from my house going on the market to it being sold. He also went over and above helping recommended and organize painters and a cleaner for the property ensuring they had access when they arrived which saved a huge amount of stress on my end being overseas. The selling process could have been so much more stressful but Chase did an amazing job in selling my property.
