Chase went above and beyond to meet a very quick deadline we had, achieving a multi offer situation within 5 days of the property being listed. He was very knowledgeable of the market and provided reliable guidance throughout the transaction. We were kept updated every step of the way.

Easy to deal with, good marketing, good advice at the negotiation stage to get the best sell price. Chase's appraisal was higher than other agents, but even so it sold at auction for above the appraised amount.
