Buying a first home is massive undertaking - with Chanelle, that experience became a lot more fun and easier. We waded through the mess of houses, she was patient with ensuring we picking out the right ones to fill SAP's on and she helped field the calls of other agents so was never bogged down in a wave of unnecessary follow up calls that comes with putting your number in seller agents contact lists. Without here I don't know if I'd have found the place I'm in and get it at a respectable price both sides could agree on.

Does extensive research for her presentations which is very factual and convincing. Her regular/ weekly vendor reports are very thorough and informative. Very professional and goes the extra mile to achieve targets and can multi task like a pro.
