Cathy answered my initial enquiry about the property with accurate information and then let us through to see it at short notice. She spent quite a lot of time with us there at the first visit as we tried to take everything in and analyse everything to see if it would work for us. She communicated clearly throughout the process, nothing was a problem and she answered all my questions.
