Caroline was very approachable, easy to deal with and was helpful and responsive at all times.

My expectations as to the value of the property were high. At the end of the day her estimate was achieved in this sale. Caroline acted in a professional manner in her handling of the marketing and sale stages. I was disappointed in the sale price but acknowledge that the market is a difficult one for vendors. I also recognise that I could (and possibly should have) passed up this offer. Sometimes it seems a balancing act. However, I believe that Caroline had my best interests at heart and did get vest for me in a difficult market. Thanks Caroline 😊🙏
