From the beginning, Caroline was very clear about the likely process of the sale, understanding what our aspirations were, and giving us the benefit of her knowledge and experience of the market in which our house sat. She projected confidence which was reassuring and took time to deal with our questions. She put together a good marketing plan and implemented it with good success in terms of the exposure the house got and the number of people who visited either directly or through open days. ln what was regarded as a slow market she attracted interest and she gently and helpfully with her reports and comments guided us in what she, and we, felt was the right direction, calmly and with authority. We always felt she was on our side.
