Carole was very welcoming at all times making you feel at ease, not easy to do because of the various pressures that arise when you are buying a new home. She was positive in her communication, making reminders of process, but not being pushy. She was always easy to get hold of when we had a question or wished to make a comment, this was not always at the most convenient of times.
