Carl was accurate in the value of the property. We selected Carl as we had sold properties with him before and he knows the South Invercargill market very well. He checked in with me on a suitable time and date for each open home and provided feedback on numbers viewing. He kept me informed on interested parties and worked for the best interests for both the vendor and the purchasers. He kept us informed of builder's inspection and provided a copy of the report to assist us with undertaking required repairs. He was open and honest as to the level of work required and also negotiated with the purchaser that we could leave any unwanted items behind for the new owners which was greatly appreciated. He was very good to deal with in all facets of the sale and we are very pleased with the price he secured for us.
Carl's reviews
We were fortunate to have our first encounter with Carl in 2019. He is an exceptional real estate agent and an honourable, honest , kind, genuine person who in all our dealings with him, as always done his best to help us as vendors and as purchasers. He has a lot of connections and his knowledge of Invercargill real estate is incredible. He always communicated all information to us at all times. We have purchased 4 properties with Carl and sold 4. In the pandemic we thought we would try another agent, just to see if we could change it up a bit as the market had dropped quite suddenly and we quickly returned to Carl with a tail between our legs, big mistake to change. We cannot recommend him or his wife Sue high enough. Thank you Carl we are forever grateful to you. From a couple of Aussies who hold a lot of respect for this Kiwi.
