We rocked up to 16 Blyth St, rather blithely I might add!! Sue in her chair, Carl with his info, everything great. I though my hubby was MAD! However the cottage pulled me in and that was the end! We were so lucky to have been successful at the auction, lucky to have the Wilsons on our side and extremely lucky that Mr Paton's family sold it to us, probably for less than they wanted but all we could afford. We are so grateful for the assistance given. We took over on the 20/01/25 and couldn't be happier. David has been weed whacking, spouting sorting and mowing, I've been getting the electrician sorted so the range is in, new three pin plugs are sorted and today, Saturday, there'll be more sorting out to do.
