It was a wonderful experience working with Carl Wilson. I found him very informative with a vast number of years of experience in this field. His very friendly, Frank and practical approach impressed me. He is also very helpful and obliges to requests with a friendly disposition.
Carl has superior market knowledge, maintains excellent communication throughout the process and as is customary for Carl, always goes the extra mile. He is well reputed for his professional approach plus conducts a high level of integrity to both vendor and buyer alike.
Carl worked with us to understand the market also helped with all information for us to make decision on purchasing.
I am very lucky to have Carl Wilson to be my Agent. Carl's Communication with everyone involve right through the process was pretty impressive. I admire Carl's persistent throughout the process, giving some options to where I need to focus to get everything over the line. When Carl took me for inspection of the property, he was straight up No hidden objects as we continue inspection through the building. Nothing is a problem to Carl, Paperwork and contacting every individual involved to getting things done. I had a mishap with my first mortgage Broker, and Carl came to the rescue, he is a Legend. It's a good feeling when you are around the right people, who knows everyone. Keep up the good work Carl. I totally recommended Carl to anyone. Regards The Buyer
Carl worked really hard with the purchaser and got us our best purchase price and he kept us in the loop the whole time and worked with the purchaser to get it over line. We found him to be professional and a really nice guy. Would highly recommend if u want your best price in this market.
Carl was very easy going and motivated to find the perfect house that suited my needs. Very good experience and will definitely use harcourts again in the future
Carl was very easy to deal with and made you feel more like a friend than a client. Out of the 7 or more agents i met i found none of them came close to Carls kind hearted nature.
Carl was polite and professional. He was flexible with viewing times which allowed us to view a home that we wouldn’t have otherwise seen. He was friendly and helpful throughout the viewing and the purchase process. Thank you Carl!
Carl is the most professional and passionate real estate agent I have ever come across and he takes his job very seriously. I am glad that I chose him to list my property and always will do in future. Communication always on point and his experience definitely gets the best results.
I have worked with Carl in a professional capacity for year! He is brilliant in all aspects of the property sales process. His professional and thoughtful nature is exactly what anyone would want when selling a home. Then he gets the results you require for your next venture. Thanks for everything Carl
We were hunting for more than 3 months and Carl was one of the first agents to meet in Invercargill. What stood out about Carl is that once he understood what our needs were he was givin us great advice and would pick properties that would suit us unlike many others, who would just show you as many as they can to increase thier chance of selling. Over this time I really came to trus Carl and it was pleasure to make our purchase with his assistance.
