The apartment sold very quickly after languishing with no buyer interest for a number of months with another agency.very quickly I had 3 signed agreements to choose from . After Requesting those 3 to submit thei v best price I had an offer $65k over the listing price . Bingo sale made . Terrific Price and so quick. V pleased .
