They looked after all the communication with them and got the place market-ready without any stress. Nothing was ever too much trouble. When photo day turned up with no sun, they rebooked at very short notice so the house looked its best, and when I said it needed more staging, they were round in no time making it look great. He made our house-hunting journey so much easier with his support, patience, and guidance throughout the whole process. We weren’t able to take a photo with the SOLD sign during our unconditional and pre-settlement inspection, so a few weeks after settlement, Callum went out of his way to come to our home carrying this huge SOLD sign! 😂 It was absolutely hilarious seeing him turn up with it, but at the same time, it really showed how much he cared and how much he valued us as buyers.
