Callum will always either answer the call or ring back straight away. He makes the effort to allow viewings out of his own convenience and does so in a friendly and professional manner. Helped us into not only our first home but the perfect home in the best area. Explained nitty grittys in a real user friendly way and promptly got things done when requested.
