The property was well presented for open home viewing. Caleb was very welcoming to us, and answered our questions to the best of his knowledge at the time. He also had to work hard during the due diligence period of our purchase agreement. After sourcing information on the property file at the council and also a historic email between the seller to the council building control officer. The fire place as listed was non compliant and unusable. We requested a price deduction to allow a new fire to be installed. In this instance we believe correct information may not have been provided to Caleb from the seller in the 1st instance. Caleb kept us informed by phone, text message and email during the sale process. Please note we where close to withdrawing our offer to purchase the unit. We chose to offer a price reduction instead. I would like to indicate that after the price reduction was accepted. We then had to notify both the bank and our insurer that there was a non compliant fire at the address, we then needed to guarantee to both that we would not use the existing fire as installed. We have also provided the bank a copy of our receipt for the new fire we purchased early last week. Caleb is unaware of what we had to do to get this through. I will talk to him after settlement to clarify it. We have no hesitation in indicating that we have no concerns with at all with the way Caleb dealt with the entire process.

Caleb's help in this exercise was an out-of-town blessing. His professional and responsive availability was much appreciated and kept a slow agreement rolling along. This place needs a new heyday, but he had all the answers. I now look forward to a small reno exercise, and a change in the surroundings.

In the short time we have known Caleb we have found him to have the following attributes - which we really like. He is personable. At the first encounter with Caleb at the first open home it was noticeable that he was outside greeting people as they arrived on the property. He was well prepared and friendly. He was great at following up with us, which then led to us making an offer on the property. He was very punctual and thorough with the information he presented to us. He also communicated regularly via text, emails and phone calls through-out the sale and purchase process. We were very happy to do business with him and will be happy to call him in the future for more business.

Caleb lives and works in this Community, is knowledgeable and competent in his work, polite and professional. His personal presentation is impeccable, and his approach to his work is without fault. The way he presented our home to prospective buyers was honest and open, without being "pushy". I heard from some viewers that he did a remarkable and honest job.
