The timing of my house going on the market coincided with a significant weather event (cyclone), and other unexpected factors requiring me to make various changes to dates and times scheduled for meetings, open homes and viewings. Caleb facilitated these last-minute changes, seemingly without issue, and ensured the changes had no impact on the intended event. He was helpful and knowledgeable, answering all of my questions and providing sound information throughout each phase leading up the sale of my house. While negotiating each purchase offer, he presented the information professionally and promptly then allowed me time for consideration and response. From day one, he demonstrated a level of enthusiasm and commitment to selling my house which ultimately led to an unconditional sale which I am very happy with.
