When I decided to sell my house, I wanted an enthusiastic, motivated, honest and trustworthy agent who wasn't an overbearing 'cheesy, salesman'. I met Caleb who arrived at my house punctually, very well presented and full of positivity. We introduced ourselves, and after a brief conversation, I realised he was the real estate agent I was looking for. I found Caleb to be 'genuine'. He was very easy to talk to and work with, being personable and friendly during all of our interactions. With each phase of the sale process, he took the time to explain/present everything to me clearly while maintaining a level of confidence and professionalism. He was easily contactable and made himself available for discussion even while away on leave overseas. The timing of my house going on the market coincided with a significant weather event (cyclone), and other unexpected factors requiring me to make various changes to dates and times scheduled for meetings, open homes and viewings. Caleb facilitated these last-minute changes, seemingly without issue, and ensured the changes had no impact on the intended event. He was helpful and knowledgeable, answering all of my questions and providing sound information throughout each phase leading up the sale of my house. While negotiating each purchase offer, he presented the information professionally and promptly then allowed me time for consideration and response. From day one, he demonstrated a level of enthusiasm and commitment to selling my house which ultimately led to an unconditional sale which I am very happy with.
