Knowledge: highly rated knowledge base of the properties he has listed. Impressed. Communication: During the period I have been looking for a property I did not have any issues dealing with Caine. Professionalism: I highly rate Caine’s professionalism and if put in another position where I would purchase another property I will definitely use Caine as my agent.
Caine was professional and friendly right from the start. His knowledge of the local market was completely accurate, despite us initially doubting his projected sale price. His communication was excellent throughout the whole process. I will definitely recommend him to anyone else selling.
Caine had a very good understanding of what the housing market was doing at the time we were selling our house, with that knowledge under his belt he was able to provide us with excellent advice on what would be the best course of action for us would be, to get the best price for our house as we could. Caine really had his work cut out for him selling our house, as we went to market just before the lockdown happen.for us this meant no open homes so no one was able to see the house until level 3, however this did not stop people contacting Caine and asking to see the house. During this time Caine's communication was outstanding, he kept us up to date with the interest he was receiving during the lockdown, what his plan was once we could get people through the house, this was a massive relief knowing that he was still working hard to help us sell our house. One thing I really liked about Caine was that at no point did he ask what we wanted to get for the house, instead he gave us rough price range of what he thought we could start at, and then from there he said the ski is the limit for what the end price could be, this meant that he just kept working hard to get the best possible price he could for our house and not just working until he got what we thought we could get for our house. In the end this worked out for us as he was able to get $100,000 more then what we ever thought we could get. over all it was applesauce dealing with Caine and I highly recommend him to anyone selling or buying a house. Thanks you so much Caine.

Caine helped us sell our first home and purchase our second. We found his service, communication and professionalism all second to none. He gave us great advice, made sure we were well informed and always kept us positive. He was also really helpful with a couple of issues that cropped up and made sure we weren't panicked at any stage. Would highly recommend Caine to anyone!

Caines communication and professionalism as a agent is outstanding we have used him many of times and couldn't be happier
Caine is very professional. He has sold two of our properties with excellent outcomes. His regular updates on the progress of our sales have been exceptional. Very pleasant person to deal with. We wouldn't go to anyone else.
Caine is on the pulse with the market here in Selwyn. He knew when we were underpriced and should increase our asking price. He put in the hard work to get an offer in, with a plan b backup option in place in case that didn't work. He is a good communicator, is on time and does what he says he will. He gets back to you and keeps you up to date with progress at all times. Highly recommend Caine as your agent for anything you are buying or selling in Selwyn.
Caine was an awesome agent. Very professional, answered calls at all hours, and gave us some really good advice! Highly recommend Caine.
