I first met Caine for an appraisal over a year ago. I found him friendly, to the point and his knowledge of the market impressed me. When it finally came time to use him he got the job done quick and easy. He knows what works and what doesn’t. Thank you Caine.

Caine was awesome from the beginning and getting to know him. Was there with us throughout the sale process and looking into the repairs of the property promptly and updating us.
